Charles Newman is the founder and owner of Hopman Chaiss Consulting trading as Hopman Chaiss Ltd. He has over 10 years of experience in the delivery of large-scale and complex transformation initiatives across multiple organisations in the UK public and private sectors. 

Charles has an M.Sc. in Service Management from The University of Buckingham and a B.Sc. from Central University College. Charles is a certified project manager with Prince2, APMP and MSP qualifications. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
